Morgan is the man. You want that guy helping you out. He exemplifies customer service. Lululemon isn’t cheap. But it’s quality and the customer service is outstanding especially from Morgan.

Ann Arbor store would not fix or take back a bra that I purchased and one of the clasps came off. Since I did not know when bra was purchased the woman said that she could t do anything for me. Disappointing when you’re talking about a bra that’s over $60 and should be more durable. All other clasps in great shape but cannot wear bra with an end clasp that doesn’t hook onto anything.

Stars are for the staff... they were friendly, attentive and helpful, 5-star staff, for sure. Lululemon is a 0-star, mostly for their body-shaming sizes (then their exaggerated prices). My daughter, who is an XS, 0 or 00 wears a 4 there... so an average 10 or 12 lady would be a 14 or 16... not cool for the ridiculously over priced "athleisure" store...

I had an issue with a clothing piece and Kailey was such a helpful staff member with a brilliant smile! People like her are the reason patrons come back in stores and make purchases!

Love lululemon but not a fan of this location. Customer service is very mediocre at best - staff not welcoming or helpful. I will take my business to a different location.

Customer Service is great! People are friendly and make you feel welcome. I like their clothes. It is a little pricey but if you want comfort and good quality with good looks this is a good option to explore. I recommend trying it out.

Rudest customer service ever. Don’t go to this store! There’s other lululemon stores in Michigan that are way better with their customers. My experience here was awful. Brought in my yoga pants to do exchange, but instead was she tried to turn away and handed a customer service number.. until I actually stood there scrolled through my email and pulled my purchase receipt. Almost like she didn’t believe me. After demanding help she was so persistent on just getting my yogas replenished, battery was dead on the machine and she ran to find another one. The girl that was doing my repair, told me they are allowed to do exchange but Amanda did not explain that to me at all. She is Very rude and passive aggressive. Not to mention extremely unhelpful and followed me around the store. The next day I went to another lululemon store in Troy Michigan and the service was 10/10. Never will I return to this store and will let others know of how rude some of the workers are. People like Amanda shouldn’t work in customer service.
